Heater properties

Solar Heater Tank (Cobra) is composed of two internal and external that are are made of the finest stainless steel and laser welded to ensure that no diversion of water from the tank and between them a dielectric material (Polyurethane) German-made with thickness of 50-60 mm in order to keep the hot water in the tank for a period ranging from (72-80 hours) and not being affected by the external atmosphere surrounding it.

The vaccum glass tubes are composed of two glass tubes were welded after getting rid of the vacuum between them to ensure keeping the heat.

the Inner tube has an outside layer of material (Coded Film) German-made which absorb the solar rays and is made of magnesium, chromium, nickel materials and some other metals

the External tube allow the passage of the sun rays to the inner tube and does not allow the exit of the heat due to the presence of vacuum between the tubes. Also, the external tube will always be cool.

When the water enters inside the inner tube and being heated by heat exchange theory it becomes hot after a few minutes and as a result of differing densities theory the hot water rises to the top of the tank and the cold water descends to be heated and so on.

The Temperature reaches 95 degrees inside the tube in less than 25 minutes.

Installation requirements

It Is required from the owner to prepare the following for the installation of solar heater.

Connect pipes with diameter of 3/4 inches (hot and cold) to the top of the building surface (place of installation) but there must be a control valve on the end of each pipe.

Providing pipes with different length if another appropriate place was chosen ,according to the direction of installation.

Taking into account the absence of any obstruction obscures or prevents the sun rays in the proposed location for the installation of the heater.

The heater needs a suitable amount of space for installation, according to the schedule of the average dimensions (1 m 2 meters).

If there is more than one branch of hot water for distribution to bathrooms and kitchens in the place, you need to assemble these branches in one branch next to the cold water pipe and this will be the place of installation.
