Coconut oil contains high percentages of saturated acids such as lauric acid whose percentage fluctuates from 50% to 53%. Therefore, many health organizations do not recommend to have coconut oil orally, and that is because it contains high level of fats, proteins and fiber

• If it is used to lengthen the eyelids or strengthen the nails, it is applied to cotton rods and wipe eyelids and nails once a day before bed
