- At bedtime, at night, please put the oil into a small open mouth container. Please make sure that the amount of oil should match the length and density of your hair so that the amount is enough to cover your hair completely. Apply the oil with your fingertips to your scalp and gently massage it into the roots (follicles) of your hair. Do not apply it to the palm of your hands and never rub it vigorously, as it may pull out weak hairs. Slow application and only massaging the hair will lead to the desired results. Let the oil gradually seep into your hair follicles and nourish it overnight. The oil can be removed in the morning by washing the hair with an ayurvedic shampoo. Make sure not to use chemical shampoos.
