Returning An Item

You can request a return within the first 14 days from the delivery date in case you changed your mind about an item and if it has not been opened except for the following items, for hygiene and security reasons: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, and adult.
And up to 30 days in case the item has a defect.

Bear in mind that if you received an item with a clear defect (broken) or has a missing part, you must flag this issue within 48hrs from the delivery date.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

Noting that Electronics Items are not returnable under “Change in mind reason” if it is not sealed and in their original packaging.
