أسوأ تجربة شحن على اللإطلاق

المنتج تأخر كثيرا عن الموعد المحدد حاولت الاتصال بخدمة العملاء أكثر من مرة ولكن بدون نتيجة سواء عبر الشات او التيلفون، وكل مره يقولوا معلش اصل دي مشكلة شركة الشحن واصلنا مضغوطين. تجربة سيئة جدا وشركة الشحن المسؤوله لازم تتحاسب وهفكر الف مره قبل ماطلب حاجه من جوميا تاني!! بالنسبة للمنتج فهو تحت التجربة حتى اللآن، بس كنت حابه اكتب التعليق عشان لو حد بيفكر يطلبها يعرف انها هتوصله متأخره جداااا!!
