The beauty of a woman’s hair is of great importance as it is one of the most important standards of beauty for her, and a large part of her charm lies in the health and strength of her hair.
Although women have different hair types, they often share the same types of problems, the most common of which is tangling and hair loss. Hair loss is one of the most common problems that women worry about, especially when they see a large amount of hair falling out while taking a shower.
What many may not know is that tangled hair is one of the most important causes of hair loss. Hair usually gets tangled when strands of hair are wrapped around each other to form knots that are difficult to remove. This problem is common in dry hair, hair damaged by heat or sunlight, brittle hair, and frizzy hair. Other things can contribute to it tangling, such as incorrect towel drying or some types of pillowcases that can cause you to wake up with tangled hair in the morning.
You may feel an urgent urge to comb these tangled knots, but this may contribute to hair breakage and increase hair loss, which is not what we definitely want.
Do not comb your hair from the roots!
First start combing the ends from the bottom where the knot is spread and divide your hair strands, then comb it from half down and finally comb it completely but in a soft and calm way to protect it from falling out.
And do not use a hairbrush in the morning, so that you do not contribute first to curling your hair and secondly to breaking it, but rather use your fingers to get rid of tangles.
