FAQ

Why is the taillight alarm not accurate?

Do not move or touch the vehicle immediatly after the device is alarme.It will take 5 seconds after arming for the tailight to enter the alarm state when you hear  a beep.

Why cannot the tailight charge or charge slowly?

It is recommended to use charging cable provided by us to charge,chewhether the connector of the charing cable is correctly inserted into the USB port(insert it with a  little force),and it indicate that the charging has started after the tailight glow faintly.

Can I buy a new one if the remote centrol is lost?

Yes.one taillight can be paired with 3 remote controls and can use at the same time
