The interference between the TC4 titanium alloy thermal break tube and the heat block increases surface at the bottom of the throat, completely eliminates the phenomenon of shedding, and reduces the possibility of water leakage.
The nozzle is made of quenched steel, and it is quenched and hardened to more wear-resistant and prolong its service life; the roughness of the throat and the inner wall of the nozzle is RA0.4, which reduces the clogging phenomenon and improves the printing quality; the nozzle structure is upgraded , The heating block and the throat are connected by threads, which solves the problem of shedding, and can be disassembled and replaced to reduce the cost of use.
The product is compatible with X1-carbom Combo P1P 3D printer, and supports ABS TPU PP PC Nylon, , PEI and other consumable types.
