We recommend using high quality peppercorns and coarse rock salt or sea salt in all our mills.
We do not recommend washing with water, because the wood is not easy to dry after immersion in water, in which case the inside may be moldy.
If you want to clean it, use rice or odorless grain to grind it once to keep the interior clean and dry.
