The small square can draw centerline on boards 1.1inch to 2.8inch thick.
Drill Center Hole
The small squares can drill center hole in boards 1.1inch to 2.8inch thick.
Measuring vertical Height
The "inch" scale is marked on the side of the small square, which can be used to measure the vertical height of the workpiece.
Draw Vertical Line
The small square and the dowels can be used to quickly draw a straight line perpendicular to the bottom edge of the board.
Measuring Right Angle
The small square can measure whether the object angle is a right angle, accurate to 0.001inch.
