Civil society is not the opposite of the state or hostile to it, but rather follows its path and supports it. If a democratic state enjoys transparency and respect for the law and constitutional institutions, cooperation can take place between it and the forces of civil society. But if it was tyrannical, the pillars of society would weaken and disappear.

With this concept, it became clear the importance of the role played by civil society organizations, their contribution to resolving some social crises, and extracting some human rights legislated by divine messages and approved by international conventions.
