Cardio-Notes Part 1 Cardiac Emergencies

We are trying to prepare a complete, comprehensive and simple series that was titled (CARDIO-NOTES) to provide all the interested and involved physicians with a practical full sided reference that will cover all topics in cardiology. This first small part (Cardiac emergencies) intended to give physicians at emergency department with all guidelines based recommendations while dealing with acute cardiac cases.In this part, I have formulated an approach based on ESC and ACC/AHA guidelinesbeside other sources to answer all raising questions at ER in an easy, simple andapplicable manner, and from which you can go in-depth in some aspects and some topics.
