Deformation imaging is the future imaging of the heart as this method considers the  orientation of cardiac  myofibers and the complex mechanics of cardiac contraction and relaxation.It is long journey and great effort to develop a feasible, accurate and reproducible imaging modality that can be competitive to the convention echocardigraphy methods.
