How to use :-

Add 1 scoop (32g) of protein and 180-200ml of milk, water, or your favorite beverage to a mixing cup and mix for 25-30 seconds.
- Change the liquid according to desired taste and consistency
- It can be taken before training - or half an hour after training, or any time you need high energy
