The pots are made of stainless steel CrNi 18/10. The polished surface is durable, easy to clean and hygienic. The pot wall is 1 mm thick and heats less than the Akkutherm compact sandwich bottom. During the cooking process, the moist, hot air rises and, because of the lower temperature in the upper part of the pot, the air condenses and the moisture drips back. As a result, the food is cooked rich in vitamins and nutrients. The Akkutherm compact sandwich floor absorbs the energy supplied very quickly, evenly distributes and stores them. The pots thus enable energy and time savings.All individual parts can be combined with one another as desired: pots, bowls, plates and lids can be used together according to the modular principle. The open design of the handles in gloss finish ensures more grip. The pots are easy to carry because the handles do not get hot. At the same time they serve as a shelf for the lid.
