Inappropriate dress length

The dress came very short ( nothing like the picture or description)( though I’m only 150 cm tall !! Unfortunately ( based on my previous experience ) I’d thrown the package and the label thinking it will fit me perfect !! And now I’m left with a dress that I’ll never wear it
