The Clinical Book. It should be emphasized that a carefully obtained historyand careful clinical examination remains the cornerstone of the assessment of the patients with known or suspected cardiovascular disease despite the availability of many specialized investigations. This book is different from other available books in that it is OSCE-oriented: The book includes the main complaints and how to ask about them and analyze, followed by the steps of doing general and local cardiac examination. A checklist similar to what is applied in the new medical system (5+2) is available, and after explaining the steps, you will find the main questions usually asked in the cardiology OSCE stations with their answers.
