Monotheism is the essence of religion, and it is the common thing between all the prophets and all the laws, and dozens of verses have been mentioned in the Qur’an that prove the oneness of God, as God Almighty says: Therefore, it was necessary for Muslims to pay attention to monotheism because it is the core and essence of religion, so they singled out for it a knowledge that they called the science of monotheism, which can be said simply: it is the science that searches for what is required of God of the attributes of majesty and perfection and what is impossible for him from everything that does not suit him and what is permissible from actions and what is necessary For the apostles and prophets, and what is impossible for them and what is permissible in their case, and the related belief in the revealed books, the pure angels, the Day of Resurrection, recompense, judgment, predestination, and the benefit of this knowledge. Correcting belief, safety in consequences, and achieving happiness in both worlds
