I received it yesterday and used it for about 8-10h, I have 100-105kg. To me, this product is for ladies. The pillow is like the picture, inside there is a shiny sponge, it feels medium hard, with a detachable cover to wash. The pillow didn't go down after hours of usage. I hope it will remain the same overtime. In the past I had from BackMed company and it was excellent, I used it for about 8 years and still good.
