Please follow the below steps:
1-Enter your Orange mobile number, your points value in EGP and your Jumia’s account email.
2-Press on “I agree” button to redeem my points.
3- You will receive SMS with your “Pin code”, enter it and press submit.
4- The redeemed value in EGP will be transferred to your Jumia’s Balance within 2 business days.

Orange Points Redemption Terms & Conditions
-You must use orange mobile number that has the Orange SPECIAL points balance.
-You can inquire about your orange SPECIAL points value through My Orange application, or calling 900 IVR, or visit www.orange.eg/en/
-Points can be redeemed fully or partially, The amount of points should be entered in EGP.
-Your redeemed points value will be deposited to your jumiaPay email account balance within 2 business days, SMS will be received to your orange mobile number after balance is added to your jumia account for confirmation.
-Redemption amount that is deposited into your account can not be used as cash or refunded as cash, it is used only as voucher purchase in Jumia.
-Validity of the balance is 30 days from the date of balance addition to your jumia account, after that the balance will be expired and can't be refunded.
-Terms and conditions are applied.
