Very adjustable: rotation, tilt, left/right swing, telescoping/adjustable arm. Good for finding a comfortable view.
Strong and protective clamps with padding to prevent scratches.
Designed to attach to the rearview mirror, which means the phone is elevated and likely more in your line of sight (for navigation etc.) without placing it on the dashboard or windshield.
Decent build materials (metal + good plastics) from what the specs say.

Because it mounts on the rearview mirror, it could interfere with mirror adjustment or block part of your view if not positioned well.
The added weight (232 g) plus mechanical arm could cause vibration or sagging of the mirror, especially on bumpy roads. The mirror bracket of your car must be robust enough.
Stability: when using on rough roads or over speed bumps, could there be shaking? Heavy phones + long arm = more leverage, so might wobble or move.
For large phones or thick cases, the clamp may stretch to its limit; check how solid the clamp spring is.
