Press down firmly and flip the lid upwards.• Break off around 40 cm of floss.• Wind around the middle fingers of both hands, leaving 8 cm in between.• Gently guide the floss between your teeth and run carefully up and down, to just below the gum line.• Use a clean section of floss each time.It is common for your gums to bleed when you first start to floss.
