Q: Why open the gamepad switch LED doesn’t flash, also can not connect to the device?

A: Please confirm whether the battery is installed or whether the battery is properly installed

Q：Why the LED flashing used in proce?

A: If is low battery consumption need to replace the battery

A: Maybe there are too far away from the TV, can be used to extend USB cable for receiver

Q:Why the gamepad can not be used in the computer game?

A: Please select the OPTION in the game handle device operations, and set a good button mapping relationship, if the game OPTION are not found in the game equipment, the game only support keyboard and mouse, it doesn’t support the gamepad

Q: Can’t connect with PC and Android phone?

A: You can pre the MODE button for few seconds to switch the MODE

Q: Why can not be play the game on the phone?
