The initiative to repent, and hasten to seek forgiveness is extremely important; Because a person does not know when death will come to him, nor when his death will precede.
Repentance is required of the disobedient and the obedient alike, and the master of the obedient used to repent to God and seek His forgiveness more than seventy times a day.
Repentance from the sinner is the beginning of a new life with guidance, and the end of a lost life with seduction.. and repentance from the obedient is a renewal of the covenant with God by obligating obedience to Him and avoiding His prohibitions.. and accepting repentance is from Him and a grace from God, which He bestows on whomever He wills of His servants, who have goodness in their hearts, so they repented For the sins and misdeeds they have committed.
And the tears that flow down the cheeks out of fear of God are the truest evidence of the servant’s repentance and remorse. Therefore, the eye that weeps for fear of God’s torment and out of hope for His mercy will be forbidden on the Day of Resurrection, no matter how few tears, as long as they are mixed with honesty and sincerity.
