2. This type of governor requires the fan with its own PWM speed regulation function. Two-line fans are definitely not good, four-line fans are generally OK, and most of the three-line fans are not. In short, three-line or four-line fans need to have PWM speed regulation lines. It can be used, if you do not understand, you can contact the fan manufacturer to confirm. You can also test by yourself, short-circuit the yellow or blue wire of the fan and the negative (black wire) of the fan. If the fan can stop, it usually has a speed control function, and the corresponding line is the PWM speed control line.
