Customer can pay Cash on Delivery*, via bKash, Credit/Debit Card or at Bank Account.

Cash on Delivery option is for Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet cities only.

In case of delivery outside Dhaka, the customer has to pay 25% or 500 taka (which is less) prior to the delivery.

Cash on Delivery outside Dhaka is applicable only if there is service of SA Paribahan courier. For any other courier services shipment total pre-payment with an additional 100 taka is required.

Product return policy: If the product is rejected by the customer for no valid reason the customer has to pay 45 taka return charge.

If the customer wants to change the product for any reason (ex. size change) the product has to be returned instantly after receiving from delivery person. Similarly, in case of delivery outside Dhaka the product has to be re-shipped immediately.

If the customer wants to take any one from 2 products (for size confirmation or any other issues) the customer has to pay 45 taka return charge.
