Using this logic, when the sun tracking control system is made, the detection head is installed on a dual-axis platform and can move east-west and north-south with the platform. The single- microcomputer judges the four-direction voltage of the detection head, auming any one of the four voltages of east-west, north-south If the value is higher than a certain value (1.8V is recommended), it is judged that the current is sunny, and the platform can be driven to move in a certain direction where the voltage of the detection head is high, until the corresponding direction voltage is the same, it is considered that the direction is aligned (east-west contrast, north-south contrast) . If the voltages in the four directions of east, west, south, and north are all lower than a certain value, it can be judged that the current is cloudy. You can wait in place for a period of time if it is still cloudy, then control the platform to a flat position in the middle to wait for the sun.

Example: The detection head detects the east voltage of 2.0V, the west voltage of 0.6V, the south voltage of 1.4V, and the north voltage of 1.7V. According to the previously set clear day judgment threshold value of 1.8V, the east voltage is higher than this threshold, it can be judged that the current is sunny.

At this time, compare east-west and north-south. If east is greater than west, then the control platform wilo east, and at the same time, if the north is higher than the south, the control platform wilo north.

As the platform moves, the detection head also moves, and the shadow produced by the cylinder on the detection head also changes. The west side of the detection head slowly gets sunlight and the voltage rises, and the south of the detection head also receives sunlight and the voltage rises. When it is about to aim at the sun, the east-west voltage will be the same, and the north-south voltage will be the same. If it is equal to west, it is considered that the east-west direction is aligned, and the north-south is the same). At this time, the corresponding motor can be controlled to stop the action, the platform stops, and the detection execution will be performed ar waiting for a few minutes.
