Usage : — To open: hold the Wheel with one hand around the handle and the other on the circular drum. Pull the wheel into two pieces by pulling the circular drum away from the handle— To close: slide the pastry wheel next to the metal blade and clip the circular drum back into place in the slots foreseen in the handle Cleaning • Always separate the Wheel into two parts when cleaning in the dish washer. Dry the Wheel parts thoroughly before clicking together and storing.
