Opium and myths (Mind, mirage and the manufacture of extremism)

Humanity today stands on the edge of the abyss, and the loud voices of the peoples of the world rise in cries demanding salvation from a bitter reality. Wars and destruction, natural and human disasters, poverty, terrorism, extremism, and corruption have become part of our daily lives. We live in a world torn by conflicts and divisions, where moral and human values are absent. Governments made a mistake when they put their own interests before the interests of the people, and facilitated the path to tyranny and corruption. The wars and destruction ravaging the world not only threaten our security, but also undermine the future of future generations. Humanity today needs a radical review. It is time to ask: Where is the peace? Where is the security? Why all this violence and extremism? We have lost our ability to distinguish between right and wrong, between right and wrong. If this crisis is global, the solution lies in joint cooperation and moving towards real reform. We must rebuild a world based on human values, justice, and equality. Humanity cannot continue on this dark path; we must choose the path that brings peace and prosperity. Reform begins not only at the top, but with every individual in society, so that together we can build a new world, a world that enjoys peace and justice for all people.
