Uni-T UT693D - Fiber Optic Tester, Optical multimete, for Construction and Maintenance of Optical Cable Routes

Optical multimeter UT693D is suitable for construction and maintenance of optical cable routes, for production, installation, operation and maintenance of optical transmission systems, for evaluation of optical equipment in optical engineering, laboratories, production plants. The UT693D handheld optical energy tester is used to measure absolute optical energy or relative loss of optical energy in the length of a fiber optic wire. They are designed to withstand a fall of 2m and are IP65 dust/water resistant for outdoor use. In addition, it has a backlit display, automatic shutdown after 10 minutes of inactivity. It can detect optical fiber damage up to a distance of 8 to 10 km.
